Being in a season of leadership transition and change, I found the workshop clarified and highlighted important next steps for our church. I’ve just jumped off the second Jethro Multisite Leader Coaching Community call with a bunch of amazing leaders from across Australia.

The content was succinct, practical and easy to digest and apply. The conversations sparked amongst the group were incredibly beneficial - my notebook is full of notes, my head is full of ideas, and my heart is full of faith.

I can already see this gathering becoming not only one of the most enjoyable, but, one of the most important leadership spaces for me.

The X-Pansion Ready workshop was one of the most helpful few hours of church leadership training I've received. It was super practical, and I came away with several immediate things to action across my leadership, my teams and my church. By the end of the night, I had already written a clear plan for designing our Leadership Development Pipeline.

On top of that, in just three months of being coached by The Jethro Project, I have more clarity than I have ever had on our church’s God-given mission. I have direction on vision and culture that I want to establish in our church. These leadership sessions are inspiring, encouraging and very practical. I always leave coaching with clear action steps to implement.
